Property types we know in Leigh Park
Leigh Park housing is overwhelmingly post-war and 1950s social and ex-council stock — semi-detached and terraced houses, three-storey maisonette blocks, and a smaller proportion of more recent detached infill. Common features include rough-cast or pebbledash render, hipped or gabled tile roofs, replacement white UPVC windows, soffits and downpipes, and concrete fence panels with mature hedging. The maisonette blocks need pure-water reach poles for the upper floors — exactly what we use. The pebbledash render is a softwash candidate every couple of years, because algae sets deep into the texture and isn't shifted by rain alone. We carry everything for it on one van.
