Property types we know in Havant
Havant housing covers everything from Georgian and Victorian frontages around the church and East Street through to large 1950s and 60s estates in Bedhampton and West Leigh, and modern infill closer to the A27 and the Hayling Island junction. The older properties carry painted timber sashes, render dressings and original slate that need a gentle pure-water approach. The estate housing tends to have replacement white UPVC and render gables — classic softwash territory. The newer developments add gable glazing and three-storey townhouses we reach safely with carbon-fibre pure-water poles. Across all of it, we adapt the method to the property rather than forcing one approach onto every wall.
